NSR™ ~ Nervous System Recalibration: Parts Work Therapy Based on the 7 Chakras Discover a unique blend of Eastern philosophy and Western psychology that offers a powerful way to heal trauma and transform lives. NSR™ (Nervous System Recalibration) combines the wisdom of the chakra system with the principles of Parts Work Therapy and Polyvagal Theory to recalibrate the nervous system and unlock deep healing. Rooted in science and evidence-based practices, NSR™ provides access to the Nervous System Developmental Centers™ affected by life experiences, helping clients move beyond the memories their bodies hold from past trauma. This gentle yet profound method guides less cognitive parts of ourselves into a compassionate healing process, nurturing and transforming the parts that have been stuck in old patterns. NSR™ is a powerful tool for yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, and those working with trauma, offering a way to reset the nervous system after trauma, betrayal, loss, stress, and overwhelm. Through a series of meditations and visualizations, you can support your clients in navigating their healing journey while revitalizing your own energy and well-being. With a background as a yoga teacher's teacher, Duke University CE staff member, and trainer to therapists, Corena Hammer developed NSR™ through education, her own personal experiences and trauma, using it to help countless individuals—including licensed therapists—recalibrate their nervous systems. Training Details: 1 (2) hour Zoom per week. 11 Sessions total spread over 4 months *Note: If you haven’t completed the Clinical Yoga Teacher Training, you will be required to watch a set of videos (approximately 3 hours) included in the cost of your training before our first meeting. Cancellation Policy

Group Trainings will not be refunded once the manual has been mailed OR videos have been initialed OR less than 30 days prior to start date. Those unable to finish their training with their group will not be provided another group. To cancel or reschedule your private appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. Less than 24 hours will be charged the full appointment price.
